What they do
Space domain awareness for military, civil and Government
Founded in Colorado, USA, with offices located in California and Cornwall, Slingshot Aerospace is on a mission to make space safe, secure and sustainable.
Slingshot provides space domain awareness for Government, military and civil organisations. They offer services including space surveillance, collision avoidance software and access to space databases, using AI, data and optical sensors to track objects from LEO (Low Earth Orbit) to CIS lunar space.
Combining data from the Slingshot Global Sensor Network, the Slingshot Seradata satellite and launch database, alongside satellite owner-operators and other third-party space data providers, the Slingshot Platform is the most up-to-date representation of space on the market today
A safe space for everyone
Slingshot’s ambitions for international growth and continuing to enable organisations to act responsibly in space has been supported by numerous milestones reached in 2024, such as winning the US Department of Commerce Space Traffic Management contract, gaining their ISO 9001 certification, and opening their first UK office in Cornwall.
How has Cornwall Space Cluster supported Slingshot Aerospace’s work?
